Step back in time at “The Coolest Joint in Town”, for a taste of the Old Wild West.  We have the best in Steaks, Ribs, Chicken and Prime Rib. Cool Hand Luke’s promises large servings, a full wine list, a one of a kind saloon and the best dining value available.  We have been voted the best steakhouse by the Clovis Independent in 2005 & 2006 and the Fresno Bee in 2005 & 2006. We also won for the best steak at the California Restaurant Association awards for 2006.

We are open for dinner at 4pm Mon-Sat and 12 noon on Sunday.  Cool Hand Luke’s is a division of Dynaco, Inc.  We operate our own meat cutting and processing plant along with our own food service distribution center.
